Description

MID MAIN ARTISTS ARE COMING BACK TO MAIN STREET WITH NEW WORKS

They are returning Sunday, June 7 with a few new faces and new works to show – 17 artists will be displaying recent paintings, prints, photography and sculpture at MID MAIN Art Fair.

It’s a great opportunity to browse and chat with the artists who will be on the floor at Heritage Hall (3102 Main St.) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The best part: Admission is free.

A taste of what’s on offer: expressionist watercolours by the fair’s founder, Enda Bardell; whimsical etchings by Mariko Ando; stunning photographic images by Edward Peck, including a series of images from Iceland; wall pods, candle podiums and unique sculptures for indoor and outdoor spaces by Elaine Brewer-White; luminous paintings on glass by Jeanette Jarville; and more.

MID MAIN Art Fair was established in 2010 to promote and sell work of established artists from across the Lower Mainland. The show offers a wide variety of media and styles at a variety of prices. Abstracts, landscapes, florals, still life and figurative works are rendered in watercolour, oil, acrylic, photography, etchings, stone lithography and ceramics.
