Artist Call

Description

Langley is known for lush farmland, nature, and forests. It has also grown, more recently, into a city with the crowds and convenience that offers. There is much to provide inspiration for the artist. Submit your work inspired by both the city and country aspects of the Langley area, however you interpret it. To be displayed at the Township of Langley Civic Facilities as part of our Art in Found Spaces program from Wed. Aug 8th until Mon Sept 17th.

Deadline is Monday July 16th.

Details: Application is free, but artists must be members of the Langley Arts Council to participate in this exhibition. Visit www.langleyarts.ca/membership to learn about the perks and to purchase yours for a nominal yearly fee. All submissions must be wired and ready to hang. Only work that can be hung on a wall can currently be accomodated. Limit 3 submissions per application.
