Call for 3D Artists
The North Vancouver Community Arts Council is currently accepting submissions
to be a part of our Art in the Community Programme for 2015. We are looking for 3D artists working in any medium (such as ceramics, or wood, glass, metal, or paper sculpture) to exhibit at The District Foyer Gallery in the North Vancouver District Hall.
Successful candidates will be booked with a six to eight week exhibition complete with an opening reception and broad based promotion. The District Foyer Gallery has both 2D and 3D display; successful candidates are paired with a 2D artist for the exhibition.
This programme is facilitated by the North Vancouver Community Arts Council in partnership with the District of North Vancouver and the District Lynn Valley Main Library. It is designed to enable emerging artists to gain exposure and experience the professional orchestration and hanging of a show in a public environment, celebrating and promoting artists and exposing the public to art in non-traditional environments.
