Eligibility:
Visual artists working in 2D and some 3D mediums and residing in Vancouver(lower mainland) are eligible.
Art must be original and created by the person submitting the work. All mediums will be considered as long as the art can be hung on walls. At this time we can not accept free standing, pillars or easel set ups.
Wall dimensions are posted on the Vernissage Website.
Content / themes are open.
Due to the large space at Grind Gallery, we are able to accept work by an artist group (up to 3 artists)
Entry Process:
Submit 3-5 images (jpg) of work for consideration via email only.

Subject box: name of artist-submission- choice of gallery
Attach 3-5 Image files – must be provided as jpgs, 8 bit, 72ppi, image width not to exceed 1024px on the longest side.
In the body of the email, please include your name and contact information- phone and/or email
Selected artists will be contacted to arrange a meeting to discuss the body of work and further details and dates.
Due to the nature of the business and the duration of time the artwork will be showing, it is recommended to have art protected behind glass, plexi-glass or have a protective coating that can be cleaned. Open unvarnished Canvas is not recommended.
Selection Process:
There are no submission fees.
Commission rate differs per venue
The artwork will be viewed and shortlisted by curators Len and Rita.
Selected artists will present at least 3 samples of their work in person prior to final acceptance.
Selected works will be scheduled for 6 week exhibitions throughout 2016.
