Natural Wool Knits, Avi Selvig (Penticton, BC)
Knit wool accessories

Avi Selvig was born in a small village in Southern Greece. Her father was a shepherd as a young man, herding sheep through the shade of olive trees along the hills of the dry, rocky countryside. It was then that Avi’s love affair with wool began. Avi’s blankets emote a rustic sense that is functional, yet with timeless style—proving to be a fabulous piece of décor for the home year round as well as a comforting wrap for chilly nights. She also makes pillows, soft bulky scarves, purses, vests, head bands, and wrist warmers as part of her product line. Avi gets her unspun wool as much as possible from local, Western Canadian sheep. naturalwoolknits.com
