Get a head start on your Christmas shopping by visiting First Chance, the first premiere arts and crafts show on the Saanich Peninsula.

Designed to alleviate “Christmas holiday stress”, First Chance is slated to feature unique and original items from 80 plus local west coast Artists and Artisans. First Chance is the perfect place to indulge in an exceptional Christmas shopping experience with over 25 categories of items to choose from. Offering something for the art connoisseur in us all ~ from pottery, metal works, sculptures, wood working, glass and yarn works, weaving, body & skin care, jewelry and sweet & savory treats. Meet the artists, enjoy the atmosphere and find that perfect gift! Your admission fee covers access to both days, Saturday and Sunday, along with hourly give-a-ways from our vendors. This is your chance to get an early jump on your Christmas shopping!

Highlights include:

$200 Vendor Shopping Spree and Hourly Give-A-Ways: By paying your cover when you visit us, your name will be placed in the

vendor shopping spree give-a-way as well as the hourly vendor give-a-ways;

First Chance Welcomes Back Local Vineyards and Distilleries:

- Hornby Island Estate Winery will be there with their high quality Sparkling Wines and Beverages using “Magic Bubbles” with over a million handcrafted tiny bubbles in each and every bottle,

- De Vine Vineyards will be there offering a lovely selection of wines and spirits to chose from as gifts or even perhaps for yourself.

Artist Demonstrations: Watch artists as they create their art onsite.

Live Music: Once again, it is a pleasure to showcase Brad Prevedores with his acoustic guitar;

Food Vendors: Jenny Crandall’s Olde Country Fare will once again be in the Bodine Hall offering a wonderful array of food, coffee & tea to satisfy cravings as you shop.
