ART FOCUS IS PLEASED TO HOST ARTIST TAMMY PILON AT A DEMO WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 26th, 7-9 pm, at THE OUTLET, LEIGH SQUARE ARTS VILLAGE in beautiful downtown PORT COQUITLAM.
Tammy Pilon began her career in art as a graphic artist running her own graphic design business. She was one of the original members of Art Focus and designed the Club’s logo. Tammy has worked as an art instructor for more than 20 years. She has always been a popular teacher and was voted favourite Art Teacher of the Tri-City news readers two years in a row. She is also involved in community art projects. She coordinated five community murals as well as three murals in elementary schools. She continues to do workshops in the area and now Tammy owns & operates Poco Art Studio in Port Coquitlam teaching classes for adults in all media. Tammy will demonstrate how to a use a palette knife to create an impressionistic acrylic landscape.
