Saturday, October 5 2:00PM – 3:30PM
Join Elizabeth as she demonstrates the use of dioxazine purple as a main component on her pallet. She uses purple to achieve a unified landscape. Elizabeth will also share a few of her equipment hacks that she uses when she is plein air painting. This demo is targeted at artists of all levels, whether you’re trying a new technique or are completely new to painting!
Born in Vancouver, Elizabeth is a passionate visual artist. She has always had a love of art and she has been painting and creating for as long as she can remember. Today, Austin translates her inner vision to outer reality and has a spiritual connection to all her paintings. She says, “combining light and landscape, a painting is both an expression of a feeling and an impression of a place.” She loves the outdoors and is inspired by the Canadian Landscape.
