Braid St Studios has returned to New Westminster with 2 amazing temporary (18+ month) locations. We are now accepting applications for studio rentals!
Located in the heart of New Westminster’s UpTown district our studios located at our building of 321 6th St offer a creative and inspiring environment for artists of all disciplines. Our 20 spacious and premium natural light studios each with a lockable door come in a variety of sizes, perfect for accommodating individual needs and artistic practices.

Our 3rd floor location is elevator accessible and offers easy access to public transit, as well as the vibrant local community with many great restaurants and shops in the area. Our rental rates are competitive but we offer things that no other working studios can provide.
With each studio rental you receive a listing on our Website (with links to your website and social media); access to our online platform – Braid St Online – there is a once a month mentorship meeting and a ton of information to assist you with the “business of art. And there are Braid St Exclusive discounts for supplies and businesses.
