Adult Watercolour Holiday Workshop

Description

This holiday workshop is suited to both beginners and those with some knowledge of watercolour. Bring a friend and spend a fall morning learning about watercolour techniques and designing your own personalized holiday cards. We will be learning various watercolour techniques to create interesting effects. We will review how to choose your colours based on the pigments available and how these pigments vary to achieve the end result. We will also go over basic composition and design rules, concluding in a polished, yet handmade card. The techniques that we will go over will be valuable in your future creative endeavours.

We will also take a short break for warm cocoa/tea or coffee and cookies (please let us know about any food allergies). We will finish off with some stamps to personalize your messages on the cards.
