Learn how to take your small plein air studies into larger paintings with Susan Falk!

Transform your quick plein air studies into larger paintings in the studio while catching and keeping that radiant light alive! Working your small plein air outdoor studies into larger paintings in the studio while still maintaining the integrity of those first brush strokes of captured light can be a challenge. Susan Falk will break down the basic principles of colour and light so you can make the leap from small to large paintings with confidence This demonstration will be done in both Acrylic and Oil.

Susan J. Falk, a British Columbian by birth, has lived in areas of natural beauty of the province and brings her love of the environment to her artistic expression. Collaborating with poets and environmentalists, creating life size bear paintings for her show in Kyoto and serving on the board of directors at the Fort Gallery has kept her very busy in the art world.
