Description
In this book-making workshop, you will receive personal instruction from an experienced artist and instructor. Learn through demonstration with a variety of examples and a generous supply of materials to use. Discover the unlimited possibilities while making your own artist’s book with a variety of different page treatments including pop-ups, pull-outs, and hidden spaces. Not only will you finish the day with a unique book structure, you’ll learn book-making skills to apply to future projects as well. You may want to personalise your book with your own theme.

Suppy List
Please bring:
- scissors
- rotary cutter and cutting mat
- bone folder
- pencil
- eraser
- ruler (preferably metal edged)
- glue stick
- X-acto knife
- needle with an eye large enough for embroidery thread
- damp washcloth in a Ziploc bag or baby wipes to clean the glue off your fingers
- scrap paper for glue shields
- light lunch or snack
- Optional to bring: coloured pens, gel pens, markers, inks, coloured pencils, rubber stamps, threads, fibers, ribbons, buttons, beads, charms, small photos (no bigger than 3 ½” x 3 ½”), favourite quotes
