April 20, 2024 - April 21, 2024
$312.50
Description
Have you ever wondered how to paint boldly in watercolour? We will be creating a loose background that supports the bold floral of your choice.
What you will learn:
- How to preserve the white of your paper for painting your flowers;
- Create a background with the “look and feel” of loose painting;
- How to use paint in different consistencies that supports boldness;
- Learn to mix color that is from the brightest your palette offers to wonderful neutrals without mud;
- How to use all types of edges from soft, hard, lost and found.
As everyone will be working form their own reference material composition/design, shapes, values, colour and harmony will be discussed throughout the two days. There are many topics and techniques applicable to other mediums. Join us and be inspired to go bold.
