Have you ever wanted to focus on colour theory more in your painting, or are you new to painting and looking for a good way to get to know acrylics? We’ll be mixing colour wheels and charts to warm up, while discussing palette layout and mixing techniques, as well as some good tricks with colours to suit certain subjects well.
Each week will conclude with a small painting project from a range of subjects. Participants will leave this course with a deeper understanding of colour theory in acrylic pigments, and some useful methods for mixing their own shades from a limited colour palette. Beginners welcome.
