Eight weeks of self-exploration to discover, or recover, your creative self.
Want to uncover your creative voice – whatever form that might be? Struggling to unblock a stuck art practice? Wanting to learn more about your own creativity – perhaps an aspect of yourself you haven’t yet explored? Artists and non-artists alike all possess creative potential. Opening and channeling creative energy is key to authentic vitality. No art experience is necessary, just bring your imagination, an openness to explore and commit to a bit of creative exploration between sessions.
Tracy Anne Northey, MA, MSW, is an artist, writer and therapist who holds masters degrees in anthropology and social work. An enthusiastic group facilitator, Tracy Anne believes the journey towards authentic wholeness is about discovering and honouring the creative self - something we all possess. tracyannenorthey.com
