Digital Photography Method

Description

This course is geared towards users who want to advance their understanding of digital photography. The course will start by covering fundamental concepts, such as ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, Depth of Field, White Balance, Histograms and File formats. The understanding of these building blocks of photography will give the user the ability to take full control of their final images. Building on these essential techniques, we will also look at strategies for composing images and finally look at basic lighting concepts. This course is aimed specifically towards cameras with Manual Controls such as DSLRs, and students should come to class with their cameras ready to shoot
