Exploring QoR Watercolours with Jenny Granberry
Join Jenny Granberry, from Austin, TX in this inspiring and informational demonstration as she introduces you to QoR Watercolours, made by Golden Artist Colors in New York. Jenny will introduce a section of QoR’s four new half pan sets, and demonstrate filling empty half pans with QoR tubes. Prepare to have fun and to gain some colour inspiration!
Samples will be provided in partnership with Opus and Golden Paints post demo.
Material List:
QoR Watercolours (Half Pan Sets: Reflective, Urban Sketch, Intensity, Granulator )
Hahnemühle (cold press watercolour paper)
Stonehenge (black paper cold press)
Watercolour Brushes (Jenny uses Windsor Newton Series 7 in a variety of sizes.)
QoR Grounds (on panel or dry sample boards)
Water cups
Paper towels
Tooth pick – used to even out paint when filling a paint pan.

Artist Bio:
Jenny Granberry is an artist and educator from Austin Texas. She teaches painting at The Contemporary Austin and offers classes online. Jenny is a member of Golden’s Working Artist Program where she gives lecture demonstrations on Golden Acrylics and QoR Watercolours. In her home studio she creates paintings primarily in watercolour, while also maintaining an active sketchbook practice.
