Facial Anatomy with Mandy Boursicot
November 26, 2021
Description
When: Date and Time: Friday, November 26, 11:00-12:30
Mandy will demonstrate the essential anatomy that every portrait artist needs to know. Realism starts with understanding what we are seeing, and that will be explained by the planes of the head, of the face, and of each of the facial features. Only then, can we draw with convincing volume and realism. Mandy will then show how to draw the eyes, the nose and the mouth. For this demo, she will be using the time-honoured medium of the finest charcoal used in traditional academies around the world, Nitram Charcoal. Mandy’s demos are always popular, with live demos of the past almost always sold out. Be sure to register early !
