“Figuring it Out” Exhibition

Description
We invite you to see “Figuring It Out”, a one night art event and exhibition of drawings and watercolour artwork by 3 local artists: Jose De Juan, Niki Papp and MJ Sarmiento.
A display of paintings and sketches showcasing three different ways to enjoy the representation of the human figure. Portraits that speak both to the artist and the model, bodies in transition or playful narrative and story.

In addition to see the curated selection of paintings the audience have a chance to get their portrait done by the artists and to become artworks on the wall themselves. If you would like to participate, please send a photo to figuring.it.out.exhibition@gmail.com by Sept 7th.
Each artists will pick 5 photos and turn them into artworks. These custom portraits will be on view an up for donation for one night only.
