Flower Patterns with Gouache
November 04, 2023
Gouache is an opaque water-based medium that creates a rich velvety surface when dry and has the unique ability to work extremely well on black watercolour paper. The focus of this workshop will be on creating whimsical patterns with botanical elements such as flowers and leaves on a black surface, ranging from the simple to the complex. This workshop is ideal for those who have always wanted to try gouache paint but didn’t know how to get started. The step-by-step and easy-to-follow instructions will help you fall in love with this medium in no time. Suitable for all levels.
This online workshop will be held via Zoom. Students will receive a link one week ahead of the start of the workshop.
