Focus and Painting with Charlie Easton 
Charlie’s demo will focus on focus! When you’re out in nature you can be easily overwhelmed by the number of stimuli and elements that you could paint. Charlie will share his method for creating compelling, personal paintings of a complicated subject, in a way that captures the essence of what he is seeing and feeling. The demo will be in acrylics, but the concepts that he demonstrates are applicable to any media.

Artist Bio: 
Charlie Easton is an award-winning painter of landscapes and seascapes in both oils and acrylics and is represented by galleries across North America and Europe where he regularly has solo exhibitions of his work.
He is a Senior Signature Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (SFCA) and has studied at the Slade School of Fine Art and at Emily Carr University. His teaching is in demand and is on the faculty at the Plein Air Convention – the largest international gathering of artists worldwide.
