Learning to Draw: Pen and Ink with Trista Bassett

Description
This course will take students through the basics of pen and ink using fine-tipped pigment liners. We will begin the class with a series of drawing drills, followed by an introduction to the formal technique of hatching, cross-hatching, stippling and “scribbles.” Students will then choose an image to draw in a style of their choosing, with assistance from the instructor.
Participants are encouraged to select a photo ahead of time and bring it with them to the class.
Fee: $50 + GST each ($52.50 Total). All supplies are provided.
