Mark Making on a painted watercolour background is a creative and relaxing way to express your inner artist. No art experience necessary for this fun workshop.
Join art instructor Marion McCristall for a relaxing morning of creative Mark Making.
You will learn how to paint a colourful background using watercolours on watercolour paper and fill it with pen and ink designs. Marion will show you a variety of designs and patterns and you will make up some of your own. A handout with easy designs will be given so you can practice your marks before you apply them with black ink to your watercolour background. You will learn how to attach your art to a 5×7 mat with backboard ready for framing and take it home in a cello sleeve. You will enjoy creating your original art and be inspired to make more for yourself or to give as gifts.
No art experience necessary.
Marion will teach you step by step and then give you the freedom to play with colour and shapes as she guides you along the way.

There is underground parking at the venue.
