The Harmony Arts Festival is a celebration of live music, visual art, and culinary art in West Vancouver.
Now in it’s 30th year, the Harmony Arts Festival 2022 is taking place from Friday July 29th until Sunday August 7th. The festival began to give the North Shore a festival worthy of its unparalleled setting.
The festival boasts 10 days and nights of live music paired with delicious food and drinks. The Bespoke market features unique handmade goods, traditional items, and artisan food and beverages. At the Fresh St. Market Art Market you’ll find a range of artwork from talented artists and artisans.
Taking place on Saturday August 6th is the Grand Prix Plein Air Challenge, sponsored by Opus Art Supplies.
In this competition, artists will compose, paint, and finish their piece of work outdoors, “en plein air”. Works will be judged and awarded prizes donated by Opus. The Grand Prix Plein Air Challenge is on from 10am to 2pm, after which the artworks may be exhibited for potential sale. The event begins at the ArtSpeaks tent west of the Ferry Building Gallery on Argyle Ave.
