Join Opus Langley for a special Opus Outdoor Painting Challenge at the Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival!
Painters of all ages and skill levels are invited to paint outdoors and harness their creative skills for their chance to WIN prizes!
Get into the jazzy spirit of the day or try something new, whether that’s painting outdoors for the first time or using unfamiliar media such as acrylic, oil, watercolour, pencil, or collage/assemblage.
Each artist will be given a free painting surface provided by Opus, and a map of various paint zones in the Village of Fort Langley. Choose from a variety of subject matter and inspiration – from jazz acts on the main stage to river scenery and everything in between.
Show off your masterpiece and enter to win some of the fabulous prizes donated by Opus Art & Supplies. Bring your piece back to the Art Zone tent at 2pm where it will be displayed and judged from 3-5pm. Enter into either the youth, adult or master categories!
Art supplies will be available for purchase, but feel free to bring your own!
