Paint a Peacock in Watercolour Art Class
Peacocks have always played a special role in arts and mythologies as a symbol of prosperity, beauty and mystery. The beautiful male peacock feathers can be found across many different cultures. Join Elena Nahum Leroy and paint a king of all birds in watercolours. She will guide you in creating vibrant and colorful peacock feathers.
No experience necessary!

MATERIALS:
Students must provide their own supplies:
- Watercolour paper A4 or bigger
- HB pencil and eraser
- Artist grade watercolours 10+ colours: Titanium White, Primary Yellow or Yellow Medium, Primary Red or Red Medium, Alizarin Crimson or Madder Lake or Carmine, Ultramarine, Black, Phthalo or Prussian Blue or Primary Blue, Sap Green or Chromium Oxide, Phthalo Green or Emerald Green, Yellow Ochre or Golden Ochre or Raw sienna, Burnt umber or Raw umber, Burnt Sienna
- Soft brushes: flat N 8 or 10 or 12, round N2 or 3
