I was born in South Africa and completed a Fine Art/Art History degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. After studying and travelling I worked for several years at Sotheby’s art auctioneers in Johannesburg and then London, UK where I came into close contact with amazing works of art on a daily basis. I am passionate about art and design and completed a Certificate course in Industrial Design at Emily Carr after moving to Vancouver 10 years ago. I have spent many years designing fabrics, products and theatrical sets before becoming serious about painting in the last 10 years. I am a member of the North Shore Artists’ Guild and the North Vancouver Arts Council.
