PDCAC Presents Arts Rising Festival & Culture Days

This year the Penticton & District Community Arts Council (PDCAC) is holding the annual Arts Rising Festival on the national Culture Days weekend. Culture Days’ theme this year is creativity, arts, and well-being with a focus on events that are participatory in nature.
All of the events are:
• Free to the public
• Low barrier and accessible to all (i.e. family friendly)
• Participatory
