Learn the basics of painting plein-air with Gaye Adams!
Join Gaye as she discusses everything you need to consider when learning to plein-air paint (painting outdoors!) from gear, to location, and how to get started! She will also demonstrate her own personal approach to painting outdoors, including alla prima (painting wet-on-wet), colour mixing, and more!

Gaye Adams has been painting professionally for over 30 years, and is an avid plein air painter. She takes great joy in travelling widely to pursue her passion, and along the way tutoring students in all that she continues to learn. Gaye holds Senior Signature status with the FCA and Master Pastellist status with the Pastel Artists of Canada. She is also an active member of the Oil Painters of America.
