Description
Join Penticton Potter’s Guild member Jane Merritt in learning to create a small charcuterie platter with 3 small appetizer plates, or 6 appetizer plates using a hand building technique ( not a potter’s wheel).
This two day workshop at the Penticton Potter’s Guild is an ideal way to experience what it’s like to create something out of clay.
On day one you will make and decorate your pieces then after one firing you will return to choose your glazes and prepare and finish glazing your piece. Your finished work will be ready for pickup in 3 to 4 weeks!
( Ready in time for a Christmas gift for someone special or for yourself!!)
Fee: $100 + GST each ($105 Total). All supplies are provided.
Date: This workshop takes place over two days.
Saturday, October 14th: Hand-building your project
Saturday, October 28th: Glazing your project
Time: 1 PM to 3 PM
Location: Leir House (220 Manor Park Ave)
