Join Liz Ranney and learn how to create a seamlessly blended illustration with Prismacolour markers!
In this in-store demo, Liz will demonstrate the process of building up layers of light and dark values through a variety of ink tones in Prismacolor markers, topped off with Micron Pens for finer details. Learn how to blend, layer and shade an illustration from start to finish.

Liz is a painter, illustrator, graphic designer, and instructor living in the Okanagan Valley with her husband and two daughters. She works primarily as a portrait artist and graphic designer. Liz currently operates the New Arts Collective (NAC) as CO-Director with husband Dylan. Some of Liz’s most recent projects include: a collaborative gallery show “What’s Still Here, What Came Before Us” with Nicole Young at the LCAG, large scale murals (most recently for Don’t Look Down Tattoos, Canoe Coffee Roasters & LCAG) and artworks commissioned for companies, apps, writers, and musicians. Liz is currently working on a new body of work for a solo exhibition at the Jane Roos Gallery (Toronto, ON) for fall 2019.
