Talking About Your Artwork

Description

A FREE workshop for Vancouver artists with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use issues.

Facilitated by Outsiders and Others Artistic Director and Curator Yuri Arajs, this workshop will offer useful advice and tips on talking about your artwork.

Participants are encouraged to share 1-2 pieces of their artwork to discuss during the workshop.

Registration is required. Space is limited to 10 participants.

This workshop is part of ‘Professional Artistic Growth Made Accessible’, a community partnership project funded by the Consumer Initiative Fund.

Special Instructions

The workshop will take place in person at Outsiders and Others. Masks are not required.

Prerequisites

Participants must be City of Vancouver residents with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use issues.
