Virtual Art Therapy: Open Studio

Hello and welcome!

What to expect:
Looking to connect and create with others while at home? Join us for a virtual art therapy: open studio, a supportive art making space led by Katy Vinson, art therapist. A theme/art therapy directive will be offered to you during the session. No art experience required.

We will work with materials you have at home – no need to purchase anything! If you prefer to create on art on a tablet/iPad, please feel free to do that.
Virtual Sessions:
Sessions will be held via Zoom. Upon registration, a consent form and Zoom link will be sent to you.
This session is open to adults (19 years of age and older).

Suppy List
Here are some items to collect/prepare before the workshop: -two-three pieces of paper (and/or canvas, sketchbook) -two paper circles (about the size of dessert/salad plates - you could use a dessert/salad plate as a tracer!), preferably on white paper -pencil -pens (any colours) -scissors -tape -if you have any of the following, please feel free to collect, if not, no problem!: paints and paintbrushes, pencil crayons, markers, highlighters, yarn/string, crayons, fine tip pens, oil pastels, chalk pastels, charcoal, modelling clay, Sharpies, glitter/glitter glue, magazines and a glue stick
