In 1984, Opus began providing service to customers throughout Canada with its Customer Support Team (formally known as our Inside Sales & National Mail Order departments) and in 2006 expanded this popular department by launching our online store.
The knowledgeable & friendly staff in this department help ensure that art materials and frames make their way to our creative customers as near as Vancouver, BC and as far as St. John’s, Newfoundland. No matter how far afield, creative individuals, schools, and businesses can benefit from Opus’ good value, wide selection, and great customer service. This department also assists our School Account and Business customers with their needs.
The Customer Support Team can be reached Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm in person, by our live chat function online, over the phone at 1 -800-663-6953 ex 1. or by email at sales@opusartsupplies.com.
Please note: Our Customer Support Team is located at our Cornett Road warehouse in Vancouver. Please feel free to drop by should you wish to order in person through our counter-service. To ensure the safety of our customers, access to our warehouse is prohibited. However if you know what you’d like to order, our team members are more than willing to bring the items up for you to purchase.
