ArtStarts Gallery, 808 Richards Street, Vancouver
A free art workshop for kids and families!
With a “one mile diet” approach to sourcing art materials, Sharon Kallis works to discover the inherent material potential in a local landscape. Participating families will work together making a large quilt-like pattern on the ground, using birdseeds and flower petals as the palette. Work will travel inside and out as weather permits, dress accordingly. Free! No pre-registration necessary. Ideal for kids 5 and up, but all are welcome!
ArtStarts on Saturdays is a free workshop series for families at the ArtStarts Gallery in downtown Vancouver, featuring free, fun, 45-minute, culturally diverse workshops with some of the best children’s artists!
