Instructor; Nicholas Pearce. This class is about the foundation of art – Composition.
An image with poor composition won’t work as a painting, no matter how well it’s painted. We will talk about different ways to compose a painting and try out different approaches to the same image to see how a small change can have an enormous impact. We will cover a lot in this one day workshop. After our morning talk you’ll get hands on experience composing with your digital camera as an instant sketch pad and in the afternoon we’ll look at your images to see if they can be improved.
Just bring your camera and enthusiasm for art.
