Through a chemical metal etching process, learn how to make your own personalized pendant, label for a journal, cookbook or address book, dog tags or guitar pendant for yourself or a special person in your life. It’s easy to learn and economical to use. Students will also be taught some basic stamping techniques to embellish their new projects using any non-ferrous metals such as brass or copper. Etched metal is a fun and exciting way to add texture to metal. Students will come away with 3 completed projects just in time for Mother’s or Father’s day. Perfect gift for a new grad, newly wed or birthday. Shhhhh!! It can even be for Christmas!

Students will need to bring an apron or wear something that might get dirty. Rubber gloves, Safety glass, Rubber stamps if you have some favorite ones.
