Explore a variety of encaustic mixed media techniques and spend the day exploring those which interest you! Fall in love with the mesmerizing and extraordinary effects of alcohol inks on wax. We’ll discover the world of possibilities inkjet and cyanotype printing on silk, cotton, and organza. If you love fibre arts, this is your day to explore 2- and 3-D creations using textiles. Learn encaustic basics in this playful class. This workshop is suitable for new or experienced encaustic artists.

(discount available for students taking 3+ encaustic classes- see list at www.sharybartlett.com) All supplies included in fee. Due to the scarcity of bees, beeswax is very expensive. I use the highest quality beeswax, coloured waxes, oil sticks and encaustic materials.
