In this FULL day workshop (Aldergrove/Abbotsford area) Turn your old T-shirt into Garden Art!
In your very first class with me you will create a permanent sculpture that can be displayed indoors or outdoors using materials from around the house and Powertex fabric hardener.
Learn how to create a strong armature to support the desired sculpture.
Learn to quickly flesh out the armature to resemble the shape and volume of the finished sculpture.
Learn how to mount the armature on a base such as a rock or a piece of driftwood that you have collected.
After creating the armature, you will learn how to use fabric and fabric hardener to transform the armature into a permanent hard sculpture ready for painting and finishing.NEW-learn how to mold a ceramic face around the sculptures head. Finish by dry brushing using colourful acrylic paints.

Supply List
- All included but a couple of your old 100% cotton T shirts and a small box to protect your sculpture after the workshop, you may want to bring along a favorite piece of drift wood or rock. If you have a couple of old dollies from your favorite Aunt you can use them to drape your sculpture
