THE ALTERED IMAGE
6 Week Class (36 Hours total) at The Victoria College of Art
The Altered Image is about experimentation, exploration and creative play using photographic source material as its base and departure point. Integration of both historic photographic processes and traditional approaches to mixed media will be examined. Methods such as image transfer, colouring, bleaching and distressing techniques, acrylic enhancement, cyanotype and collage will be explored.
